Products & Pricing

Prices shown on this site are in New Israeli Shekels (₪) and reflect the final price payable for the item at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely through PayPal; we do not receive or store your full payment card details. You will receive an email confirmation once your order or gift card purchase is complete.

Cancellation & Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, you may generally cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product (or of the transaction, for services and gift cards), subject to the exceptions and conditions set by law.

Where cancellation is not due to a defect or a failure on our part, we may charge a cancellation fee of up to the lower of 5% of the transaction value or the amount set from time to time in the Consumer Protection Regulations. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within the timeframe required by law.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Issued gift cards are redeemable in accordance with their terms and applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

This site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site or from outages of third-party services (such as payment or email providers) beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
